The professional team will not be able to perform without the services of a dedicated support staff. The firm accordingly places a very high premium on its secretarial and other support staff. We value team work and strive to serve the best interest of our clients.
PROFESSIONAL TEAM
Apart from already acquired qualifications and experience, which is enhanced by further involvement in a day-to-day practice, the members of the professional team regularly attend various external training seminars to keep them abreast of legal developments. The professional team meets weekly for internal training sessions where legal developments and in particular the latest reported case law is discussed. At Morebodi-Paul we believe that we constantly have to remain students of the law and that we cannot afford, in the interest of our clients, to become complacent as far as our legal knowledge is concerned.
Since computer literacy and access to cutting edge computer hardware and software is the cornerstone of modern business, we have ensured that members of our professional staff are all functionally computer literate. The ultimate goal is that our professional staff should become fully
SECRETARIAL STAFF
All secretarial staff is fully computer literate and conversant with the computer software employed by the firm. For the purpose of empowerment and to ensure that all our staff members are multi skilled, other supporting staff are also encouraged to attend computer courses at the firm’s expense. That is in addition to extensive and continuous in house training that takes place at the firm.
SPECIALIZATION
Experience has shown that quality service can only be sustained through specialisation.
The professional team as will be noted in paragraph 2 above, is divided into different departments, each specialising in a particular field of law.
In this way, professional members of the team are able to focus exclusively on specific branches of the legal practice whereby service excellence is enhanced and actual specialisation is also promoted.
POST GRADUATE QUALIFICATION
As will be noted from paragraph 2 above all members of our professional staff have attained postgraduate qualifications. Some are currently in the process of attaining further qualifications to enhance their legal knowledge.
